Wireless n validating identity
The SSID can be customized not only to make it easy for you to identify the name of your network but for security reasons as well. If you have connected to various wireless networks before, your computer may have problems connecting wirelessly, especially when the wireless network name (SSID) is the same with the previous ones you have connected to.
When setting up WPA you will see the option for either a radius server (Enterprise, and you see this in the corporate environment) or a place to enter a passphrase (Pre Shared Key, PSK).Properly connected Wi-Fi takes precedence over mobile broadband, but it can be helpful to disable your device's mobile network connection while debugging Wi-Fi.Note that whenever you're trying to connect an Android Wi-Fi client to any network name, status is displayed on the Wi-Fi Settings panel, in the row labeled Wi-Fi.If multiple clients are unable to connect, follow instructions in our wireless network troubleshooting tip to debug probably AP or router or upstream network problems.Otherwise, proceed to step 2 to debug the affected Android client. Before going any further, make sure that your Android device's Wi-Fi radio is not in Airplane Mode and that Wi-Fi is on and ready to connect.
